1.after test engineer gives the bug report to the developer he go through the the bug report to check whether it's a valid or invalid.if valid then he follows the navigation steps by opening the application and physically check the exsistance of the bug..(that's called reproducing the Bug)
2.if the bug is not reproducible as TE WE should recheck our bug report to do the necessary changes and change the status to re-open and send it to the developer 😀

If your client is getting a bug on production environment and you are not able to reproduce it on your test environment I don't think so it would be a good approach to just close that bug with status not reproducible. What i would suggest is to work with client get logs from his machine and try to troubleshoot what is going wrong.

Hi there, i jus had a glance of few minutes and i have to stop at topic" test strategy and test plan documents. Test strategy not necessarily prepared by PM always. The test leads, Test managers prepares them most of the times...

Video is good you out a lot of effords but the thing is we can find the definition online too only I was expected more clarifications on some words Q : Principle of testing -> perticed paradox this was only example .You could do it better, but overall not bad .

Hi Team,

Well done for framing questions in one video. Just one I have encountered in an interview regarding Acceptance testing.
When testing and all related activities are performed by QA team then why Acceptance is required. Please provide justified comments that would be really helpful.
