The single book that changed my entire life. I was a single Sailor living the bachelor life 4-5 years ago, and I was stacking liabilities. My networth was negative$20k...however, after reading this book I decided to change my spending and now my net worth is over $300k.

I’m down to around 60k now because of bad moves in the nft/crypto market. But it is fine!!! Every loss is a new thing that I learned. I’ve learned so much this past 6 months and the main things are to be open to new things and peoples ideas. Never be closed minded to people’s opinions. Never feel like you’re better or over another person, there is always room to grow no matter who you are. And last, I’ve learned the most from my mistakes. don’t sit there an say Ima do it tomorrow…do it NOWW and DONT be scared to FAIL!!! Last let me know if y’all know anything that I can try out. as of rn I only do crypto/nfts. I’m open to new things and ideas 🙏🏽

We are already in the big crash, inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops . The unfortunate issues is that the other market are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification.
Currently up 15% and being carful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

1. Get a financial education
2. If you blame everyone for everything bad that has happened to you life will push you around
3. Having money might not necessarily make you happy but you have to know how it works
4. Tax came because people wanted to punish the rich people
5. The higer your pay check the higer the tax
6. Think and grow rich not work hard and grow rich
7. Don’t buy luxuries with your income instead build your asset to buy luxuries
8. Give and you will receive
9. Risk means not knowing what you are doing
10. Don’t take advice from people who have never done it before
11. It’s not how much money you make it’s how much money you keep
12. When you buy a stock or bonds make sure to buy an insurance
13. The market will always go up and down
14. Having a job is not stable as society might think, it’s actually risky because you never know when you can get fired
15. Focus is important to build wealth
16. Wealth means if you stop working today how long will it last you
17. Old ideas don’t work for the present . Example / working hard and earning money is an old idea
18. Information is wealth at the moment
19. Don’t be a little chicken

Listening to this book. I am 59 and it is never too late to start. My husband and I have children who are 23 and 27. We are listening to the audio together. We will have assets and not liabilities. Money will work for us. We will not work for money in Jesus Name.
