I downloaded to USB but then plugged my USB and nothing was on there. I found a Microsoft file but nothing else. I tried to do it again and this time instead of picking something to download to, I just clicked download now. I hope this works

The audio, usb, intel drivers stopped working suddenly so I can't transfer my files, my laptop has no sound and my brightness is on maximum and I can't reduce it. I tried every solution way to fix them but it didn't work even though it was supposed to work and then i decided to reset my laptop. I selected "Upgrade this PC" and after 10 hrs of progress it finally was completed. Then it asked me to remove a certain application and asked me to restart my PC. When I restarted it I couldn't find "windows 10 setup" steps to complete. Do I have to download it from scratch again?
