I didn't know we had this kind of process inside the US between states.

That's good though.

Although I do believe in getting people who are more likely to choose to do harm off the streets I do also like some balance.

Like, for example, if someone is willing to move to a different country and start over they should be able to sometimes do that. That in itself is a "punishment."

When you apply for a concealed carry permit for a gun you go through an extensive background check this includes checking to see if the person is a fugitive who is applying for the concealed carry permit for a gun.

I supposedly have a non-extraditeable warrant out of Phoenix. I live in Arkansas and have never been to Phoenix. The cops don't do anything except tell me to not go to Phoenix, but I want to call to see what the hell is going on. I have no reason to have a warrant in general, much less in a state I havent been to. Idk what to do about it

There is another way. There is a federal charge of interstate flight to avoid prosecution. The us marshals then take them into custody. Often they drop the charge if they waive extradition.

If memory serves me right the last time I utilize my clearances to enter White Sands Missle Range and Holloman Air Force Base was when I was working for RM Personal Temporary job services .🇺🇸🧿😁

I have multiple non extradition charges but in a couple months… I might have… my first real big one… I live too far now it’s nothing I can do … and I don’t really trust them to go back it’s a felony… hopefully they just keep it within state lines but I’m in the next state over which is 180 miles …. I might have to fight extradition if it come to it I’m innocent anyway…
