I have just come accross your tutorials and really love your simple style of instructions. I having been toying with the idea of working with clay for awhile and just watching you present such a variation in styles of making pottery items has given me more confidence to start so thank you! I have registered to receive newsletters from you as in any case I would like to know more - but I can't seem to find the teacup template. Also in case I have missed it - is there a way I could prepare my own clay? I live in a country town in Australia which is the first gold mining town in Australia - and I can tell you there is clay all around and i have been in fact struggling with breaking it down to solidify the ground while I repair the fouondation of the cottage I live in - this clay has silt mixed in it and so it is quite sticky and malleable - not good ground for building on - but in the old days they managed somehow. Would you possiblly know if this clay could be converted to pottery clay ?

Hey in the leather hard stage i tried trimming and the clay was breaking so easily i had to rejoin the pieces.
I am not understanding what went wrong

Your free template doesn’t work all it does is flicker on the page and you can’t print it at all as it says errors.
