OnePlus 12 Switch From ColorOS To Global OxygenOS

Follow the guide very carefully. Everything you do is at your responsibility!
- Download android platform tools.
- Download google drivers.
- Download the drivers from the ncphone website "Oppo_Latest_MTK_QCOM_Driver_Setup_V2.0.1.1"
- Enable developer mode, enable USB debugging, "OEM unlocking".
- With the phone connected via USB and the PC authorized, unlock bootloader by first rebooting phone with `adb reboot bootloader`.
- Using fastboot `fastboot flashing unlock` will unlock bootloader and wipe everrything.
- Run the .bat file from xda forum and follow the instructions
- If you want google wallet to work thereafter you have to re-lock the bootloader.

Super thank you, my experience not so smooth, just in case anyone have same problems as me: first stuck in the step fastboot device not show in cmd, try 3 hours google search and many way to install drivers from your link, and oneplus official driver and restart PC and finally could see it. And next stuck in red color flash screen tool, cannot find device, after turn off and cannot turn on, I think it is damage, try search in forums for a while and try hold a button for very long and it back to fastboot. Still stuck, open device manager and see ossi in other devices, choose update driver and pick ADB platform bootloader and install it from the oneplus official driver folder and finally see it in the flash screen, from there just follow the steps of the video to the end.
So it is all about the PC cannot recognise the device in fastboot but need driver install.

for folks who are experiencing "ERROR, WAITING DEVICE does not continue!", you would see an ossi device driver not recognized in your device manger. remember to map the driver as the post instructed. I forgot to do so at the very beginning.

My oneplus 12 delivered at 8:50pm at my home from China to UAE, I turn the phone on & observed chinese rom without any google apps, I search on google, how to shift to global rom.
Fortunately found this so helpful video, Well at 10:20pm my phone reboot to Global version with no issues.

thank you, I try to re watch your video few time, and read on forum all the page on guide oneplus 12 before start doing upgrade firmware, first time see one file is fail, so I I try to flashing again, until all file are okay, now my phone is fine and run on oxygen OS.

oxygen already costs, if I install the update through 3 points and block the bootloader, the phone will not become a brick?

If you are experiencing fastboot issue where the device is not recognized in fastbootd, uninstall the existing adb / bootloader driver and install google bootloader interface driver properly.
