DEVELOPMENT AND LOCATION INFORMATION...
Sheasby Park is an attractive development of new homes in Fradley, close to the village centre and just four miles from the medieval city of Lichfield.

Great review, I was put off when I visited this show home due to the size however they have designed the same house style in Birmingham called “The Atherstone” and they have made it a bit bigger

Every one of the "houses" I have seen for sale in GB are teeny, tiny with almost ninety-degree staircases. They are not really "houses". They are duplexes and/or apartments that are called houses.

I can't believe how small this house is! It is one of the smallest show homes I have ever seen! Me and my partner have recently bought one of St Modwen's Kemble which is exactly the same layout and twice the size! Really disappointing.

It's awful. The windows on the front of the house are off balance and ugly. There's no room when you walk in to put your coats/shoes. I hate that you have to go through the lounge to get to the kitchen. The lounge is so tiny and impractical. Bedroom 2 is really poorly designed...how are you ever supposed to make the bed? The only redeeming quality is the bathroom, which isn't even that good because the electric shower is stupid. This house is honestly the worst.

I was rather disappointed with the size of the rooms, also that bath 🛀 🙁 and the kitchen look cheap, sorry guys 😣
