A quick translation. I tried to keep it as close to the original as possible, so it may seem a bit strange. Anyways, "pakkolasku" as a single word means a forced landing but in the song it can also mean "compulsory bill" ("pakko"- = compulsory/force-, "lasku" = bill/landing).
