6 months front lever progression from ZERO to FULL

hi everyone, this is my 6 months front lever progression. I went from tuck front lever to 5 seconds full front lever , i probably could have achieved this skill sooner but i got injured and did not train for awhile…what happened was that i was casually doing some advanced tuck front lever pullups when i suddenly felt a sharp pain in my back muscles i didnt think much of it and just wanted to achieve the front lever as fast as possible, so i continued to train and the injury actually got a little worse. If you are wondering, i am fine right now i just hope u enjoy the video and if you are working on any skill right now then all the best and dont give up

i js tried front lever n managed a 12 sec adv tuck front lever hold. watching this vid has made me motivated to train harder for front lever.

I injured my something in my back (upon research i found out, it could be something to do with teres major). Now i am having pain under my armpit radiating towards elbow while doing pullups. The pain isn’t too bad but it definitely creates discomfort while doing a lot of pull movements in day to day life too. Its been 2 days since this happened.

What could be the reason, can someone answer this please and what are the remedies.

i think the secret to this move from what i know is the L-sit if u can hold a L sit so good for a long time with no shaking i think the front lever would be so easy to get thats how i unlocked my front lever

Yea ur hips dropped in the full front lever, i had same case 2 months ago but now my full fl is better than before. Ur fl will improve ❤

If injured 10daysthats no injury lol 2:49 that's the body's way to force stop your bad form and training schedule/habit 2:49 3:07 can't hold 10sec yet alone 20 and want to advance...how to do a double flip Salto if can't Salto flip 3:07
