sir i have become crystal clear about other all the topics because of u'r videos on mechanics 1 and i have even been able to solve past papers but though i've understood this work enegy and power topic i've not been able to solve past papers.. sir plz how i can get helped plz sir... :)

So Stuart, can you only use the conservation of mechanical energy method when there is no work done against resistance?

What I don't understand here is on the first method how you know the GPE of B =0? It doesn't tell you, did you just assume it?
