Um, I feel like I've seen the majority of this exact same video before, on this very channel. Am I having a stroke or something?

Not all birds are helpless after hatching, chickens, Turkey's, waterfoul, ostrichs, cassowaries etc.are able to feed themselves although their parents stay close and I for one would not be surprised if many therapod dinos where the same way and followed their parents learning from them and hunting small mamals, and reptiles along the way, being protected by and having the rest of their needs meet by their mothers, just like some birds do today.
