can you explain to me how the colors register? Are the Aurorae's blue or green/orange? are the colors dependent on the filters used? Does the colors indicate temperature change or any other insights about why the arrangements of color appear in this specific way??

We know know as to why Jupiter cannot have Saturn-like rings, that's cause of its large moons. It probably never had large rings in the first place.
