A man who served 32 years in prison for a crime he says he did not commit has told Sky News he never gave up believing he would be released.

Andrew Wilson, 62, walked free from a jail in Los Angeles after a judge threw out his murder conviction and vacated his sentence.

I feel sorry for him he only lives one life and he was locked behind bars half if his life he deserves 60million dollars to go and live his life with his mother.

I feel bad for that guy 😭. He have need in prison for 32 YEAR. He have to eat prison food and everything. Them better give him money or something. This video make me cry

I fully understand that the gentleman is innocent, but nevertheless feel it would probably have been better to let him him serve out his sentence, rather than make a big fuss and make the legal system look bad.
