Left a neon mallet smash to get my coffee from the kitchen, came back to a pastel swirl being tilted lol I'm definitely going to watch this video again to see the process, absolutely love your content, watching your art come to life takes the sting out of the very early wake up, its spring in Australia and my 3 year old loves to rise with the sun 😴

Really loved it after the mallet smash. Did you use any silicone? The end result would make a beautiful fairy. Also interested like Cheryl Walrath-Duran as to why the colours got swallowed up by the white?

Ann, would you mind reminding me of the brand of white base paint you use and the PM/water percentage in it? It looks very thin when you pour it onto the canvas and tilt it off. I'm trying to figure out why the color in your beautiful, brilliantly-colored mallet smashes and string pours are so quickly being swallowed by the white. Sometimes I want to achieve that same effect. (BTW, I totally commiserate with you on getting up to write notes on what feels like brilliant ideas, then reading them in the cold light of day and think, "Huh??? Why on Earth would I think that was a good idea, let alone a brilliant one?!?! Then I have to laugh at myself. My husband tells me he loves being married to "an easily amused woman." LOL!)
