Arnold was great but not the best in my opinion. There were some guys with crazy physiques like Graig and Sergio Oliva who's physique is amazing even with todays standards! The difference is that Sergio won the Mr O and we all know him. Guys like Graig if you are not into bodybuilding probably you would never heard of him...
