Just to go on the record we own the almost exact home. We don’t have the fireplace or back door off the living room. We didn’t want to limit how we used the living room. The house is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Deer Valley. I have built several homes, and installed heating and cooling for 10 years. This is a house heck it’s better than any of the site built homes I have worked on. None of them was this over built with all the insulation and 2x6 extra walls plus the wood solid rap on the outside instead of just foam board. Heck they put crown in every room even the closets. The cabinets are great no sticking drawers the doors are real. Everywhere you look is a electrical outlet we even have 2 in our closet. The flooring is tough. My 13 year old son plays keep away with our 70+ lbs Germanshepherd and our floors still look brand new. We have other pet owners ask where they can get the flooring all the time. The pant is top notch. Deer Valley came to our house and repainted the entire house when the house was set. No touch up here and there they repainted every wall. I was blown away we also had a small army show up to help clean the house after all the set up work was done. The Deer Valley guys had cleaned so good we barely had to do anything. The detail in the house if you look under any of the sinks in our house. Every place that a plumbing pipe goes through a wall or floor there’s a trim collar. This is great you don’t see that in site built houses. Just go look under your sinks and see. We have had no settling problems. The windows are great like I said the house is very well insulated.

First floor plan I've seen in a long time requireing minimal changes to make it mine. Namely get rid of the wire shelving for wood. Full depth shelving in the linen closet to hold blankets and pillows, In the pantry 18" depth shelves to hold toaster ovens, air fryers etc with 20" heights to hold blenders, food processors etc. I would have a water closet but open with a window above the toilet. In the master shower put the seat opposite the showerhead. Nice house. Is it built for northern winter as opposed to Alabama winters?

Love it. Change the bathroom of the master room area too. Like the living room kitchen area. Wow what a laundry room too..do u have a 4 bdroom one like this a little.?.. Just love it do u hook up as well when moving and buying, like water pipe and electric hookup to it.?.

First off, I don't like walking in the front door right into the dining room. The closet "shelving" they use looks cheap. I don't like the master bedroom door right off the main living area. The closets are getting smaller, the master showers are getting smaller & no "rain shower head". They're making the islands with little or no sitting at it. I should just get one from a couple years ago. Bigger, nicer & many things more to my liking.

The people in this house must eat takeout as there isn't much to cook with. And, stop putting the microwave above my head! It's ridiculous. OSHA would fine you big for that safety violation.
