Here is a question. How do you plan to limit the influx of people in that community? I know that maybe this is not a kind of living that everyone would want, but still i believe that there is A LOT of people that would want to. Because if you let anyone in (as well you should) it's no longer a small manageable village it becomes a town an in no time at all it becomes a city and so on and on till you come to a point that you were trying to escape from. Cause a lot of people means a need for a lot of energy if it's only renewable sources like solar panels that is a lot of future trash that you have to store somewhere, have you thought at all of the human waste, and i don't mean trash that people make by living i mostly appeal to sewage systems (a lot of people a lot of poo) this is a big pollutant.

The idea is great don't get me wrong but there a lot of things more to take into account, and you would need to do that before you build any kind of permanent housing in order to keep nature as it is when you came there (since i believe this is your plan from what i saw in he website and this video).

P.S. I'm just sharing things that a community like this would have to think of if you don't have time to answer all of this or have already thought of it, don't feel obligated to give an answer

1) Are there relations with the First Nations stewards of this bioregion? If not, will there be an effort to establish relations? Is there a vision for this?

2) Is there a vision for avoiding the rivalrous dynamics of earlier “back to the land” movements? How do smart villages differentiate themselves from earlier communes and so-called intentional communities in this regard?
