Love how they went the extra mile to completely destroy his body. So no last minute eyes open Resurrection jump scare. Plus mask removed. So no dumb clothes switch with a paramedic. A truly definitive ending to this Michael Myers

Its amazing to see how Michael inflicted so much fear that an entire community gathered for his public execution, to make sure that he wouldn't come back this time. Its like Haddonfield really understands that this isn't a man they're dealing with, it was the Bogeyman himself.

I wasn’t super fond of the movie, but I absolutely loved this ending. Seeing the whole town come together to get rid of Michael once and for all was awesome. Something about this film seemed permanent. I kind of hope it is, because I think everyone got a good send off and it ended right.

They spent eight years trying to reach him, and another seven trying to keep him locked up because they realize what was behind Michael's eyes was pure and simply, evil.

But now, finally. FINALLY. The town of Haddenfield can rest easy, knowing that The Shape, is no more. And the Halloween curse, is gone forever.

I feel bad for Michael.
Here we had a 'man' who dedicated every second of his life to his one true passion.
He was the best there ever was in his field.
He made countless sacrifices in personal life in the name of his art.
He touched the lives of countless people and inspired others to be like him.
Despite his many critics and his most prized student betraying him, he was determined to be the very best.
Even when his health started to decline in his old age, he continued to do what he did best and loved doing,
even if it killed him which it did.

And now he is

This was a good way to give Big Mike his sendoff with that last ride. Some if the best horror moves were made as i grew up watching Michael Myers and Jason and Freddy. Now we need to give Jason a good sendoff
