Recording of my virtual slide session for the University of North Carolina pathology residents on 4.8.2021. Clinical history and WSI digital slides for each case:

UNC Case 6. 30 yo woman with intramuscular thigh mass. No connection to bone on imaging.

UNC Case 7. 60 yo man with large destructive lytic pelvic bone mass extending from acetabulum to sacroiliac joint. Hemipelvectomy specimen.

***SPOILER ALERT***
If you want to do these as unknowns, look at all of the cases above first. When you are ready to view the answers, scroll down for a list of the diagnoses with timestamps. Or grab some popcorn and just watch the whole video. ;-)

This video is geared towards medical students, pathology or dermatology residents, or practicing pathologists or dermatologists. Of course, this video is for educational purposes only and is not formal medical advice or consultation.

In the third case, wouldn't it be simpler to call it histoid leprosy? Or is it the same thing?
