looks like an fpv race quad. That is the usual way to tune PIDs for other RC controlled vehicles but it's much better to just fly and feel it out/base it on Blackbox.

Instead of moving drone with hands you could give step response and set setpoint to 30deg wait then to 0deg and repeat. Would be safer and more repeatable

I don't know if you'll read this, but you have some P-term oscillations there, try lowering P and increasing D

How much does that battery ususally cost? It’s hard for me to find a good deal since there seems to be some law which prevents regular shipment of lipo batteries, or the shipping cost is like 3 times the price of the battery. So I was wondering about the price so I could compare with what I have in our Country, to see if its worth it. Also if you could tell the specs of the battery, thank you.

this looks somewhat race quad like frame, unless its going to fly in angle/ self stabilise modes, you need to fly the drone in open space and collect BB logs.

Arduino? So is it running Multiwii? If so the the stock pid's will get you in the ball park. Why the sketchy finger grater setup? Just fly then tune from there.

Those pids seem like they are non existant, looks like you only have I gain but no p and d gain

Just put a fc from a drone in there, they have gyro, set Up level mode? Using arduino seems like the long way around
