As a Qatari it makes me proud of Dubai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, the whole region is experiencing a common goal.

I have visited UAE last year. I think Abu Dhabi is also a big and underrated player. They are doing some phenomenal progress in fields of Upcoming technologies like AI.

As a Saudi this is what I believe- betting the gulf nation against each other is not valid. We all thrive together and seeing one succeeding will lead to the other success in the end.

Saudi has the most potential here, but they need to make doing business and residing easier because it's still not as straightforward as it should be.

As a Qatari, i personally state that the whole region will win the coming years.

But it’s nice to see Saudi finally and decidedly step in to the game and the focus to invest in things other than the military.
It’s even greater how they didn’t only invest in the capital, “GREAT" Riyadh and put a target to urbanize the whole of Saudi Arabia.
If the Kingdom’s projects’ finish on time and the vision is reality, they have a high chance of wining the 2030’s.

they're spending it for the whole saudi arabia like

the red sea project
al-ula
jeddah gonna have the tallest skyscraper in the whole world

they have the two hoilest cities for islam
they also have old cities that is more than thousands of year old like al ula
they have cities that is green and pretty and theres a place in tabuk that snows every year and more

One big problem i guess is that none of them is a nation state. They r the huge family owned enterprises that rule the masses and large lands, a modified version of east india company.

Just came back from Riyadh and it’s just not Dubai level on the fundamentals, from the driving, to the cleanliness

It's a flying geese model similar to the Asian tigers and other Asian countries, Dubai was the first to lead and then other regional cities started to flock.
