Facebook Marketplace | Is This Available? | How To Convert Local Sales

My experience is that only about 5% of the "is this available" people will buy from you no matter what you write. So its not worth all that writing just to get a few more sales.

The problem is with FB Marketplace. As a buyer, I make sure that I NEVER ask if the item is available. I ask detailed questions, and about half the time, the seller replies by saying "Yes it's still available".

I figure most people who push the generic button do it out of fun, not serious inquiries. If they were they mention the item, then I respond. Otherwise they'll have to ask again.

I have been selling on marketplace as items in stock for months and I got alot of "is this available?" Messages which I then did capotalize on the conversation and made alot of sales. Recently I had to delete the listing and make the exact same one buut now I don't get messages saying "is this available?" It has the option to only ask me questions or send me an offer...some one please help my sales have fallen dramatically, how can I get the option question "is this available" back?
