That was interesting. As a primary RE photographer, I wouldn’t have spent the time to get that shot. I do like the final product and I can still use the concept to create a natural light from the side look.

One thing I’ve been experimenting with is using a tilt shift with the tripod up high to catch the countertops in kitchens like that, then shifting down to reframe to get the floor and ceiling.

I’m going keep your method in mind when I have a similar shot and extra time to create.
