One point: I would want at least 1 seat to be perfectly centered in the room, and I don’t see that. Perhaps it was the client’s wishes as this was a trade off to achieve something else. But the best seat is always in the center of the screen.

Please get your channel numbers correct. Per Dolby: "The Low-Frequency Effects (LFE) channel is a single channel that carries bass-only information in surround sound programming. The LFE channel is a mono signal that is filtered before being sent to the subwoofer" 9.1.10 w/13 subs is the correct channel numbers.

Awesome room, congrats to them for the hard work put in. FINALLY someone who goes by golden ratios to get the sound right, acoustics always starts with room dimensions then goes to the treatment after that. Well done, great room. Only improvement would be the projector, those blacks looked very dismal, a theater of this magnitude needs a Christie griffin, or better yet the eclipse 😍, I did read the current projector is just temporary though.

Is this the Digital Projection Satellite Modular Laser System (MLS) with pure RGB, which can be configured in modules of light output with 4K and 8K options or the fixed design Insight 8K RB laser phosphor projector? The conversion between ISO and ANSI lumens is also a bit confusing so the brightness calculation is unclear. A future Barco upgrade does allow upgrade option to DCI compliance in projection to like a Freya + or Nerthus with full REC 2020 to allow digital cinema packages to be played via a Bel Air Cinema subscription at the same date and time of features currently screening in theatres or early movie premieres in private screening settings.
