1. Sa Vaccine card po, will they accept yung Yellow booklet( Bureau of Quarantine) or even just the card lang po? I have the yellow booklet with QR code.

2. Cebu Pac po yung airlines nyo, PH Bureau of Immigration Declaration Form po gagamitin for the Immigration form?
Before going to the airport po ba dapat ready na to? Or meron dun sa airport naform and dun nlng mag fill-up?

3. Electronic Customs Declaration Form - eto din po ba, before leaving for the aiport dapat ready na? Or meron din dun sa airport na form and dun nlng mag fill up?

4. Pedulilindungi Mobile App - After mag register po, ano pa pong dapat gawin dito?
