After 2 days I have an exam of this subject and I watch all yours videos from section 71 to 200 it helps me a lots to get a better understanding of the sections I appreciate you and encourage to cover all the syallbus of LLB so that the students can get help from yours videos and clear theirs concept 💗

Mam please reply to my question.

In my case I am complaint and Ramprakash named person is defender. Defender makes false statement during witness time. He told to court that He(defender) purchased land from Me(complaint) but in writing, on affidavit, he(defender) told before the court that He purchased the same land from another person named Shivshankar.
Is this under category of giving false evidence ??? Because Defender was legally bound on oath at the time of examination stil he makes false statement .
