In theory, if you had only combined level 1 cannons up to 50, it would take you 2⁴⁹ cannons (= 562, 949, 953, 421, 312)
But given, that you start with different levels of cannons each time, the actual exact number can not be calculated, but would need to be counted manually.

the turrets that you purchased from the button at bottom are most likely chosen by damage divided by price and the one with the biggest number is chosen because it would be deemed the most cost effective
