This was my bio mom, then gets mad im standing in the shade and refusing to go run around, and its a puffer because some doctors think its less scary than calling it a medical name for. A kid because you take a puff hold and then wait and take a second puff because the first opens the airways and the second gets more inside so you treat the entirety of your lungs not just the throat and upper lobes
