Didn’t realize for how long my otherwise reserved neighbor, a gentleman in his late 70s was listening to it along with me from across the fence. He called me later and said, “Thank you for enlightening my soul by making me feel the music of the divine, regardless the name we all have given in our language and culture!”

I think this is the most peaceful and loving comment section I've ever seen. Listening to this I feel so at peace even now during my exams. I love the people that made this music, I love the person who uploaded this, I love the people who have watched this with the same peace and commented such nice things. This video was posted 5 years ago. Life was so different back then. I am writing this 19 November 2020 in 5 years time maybe someone will think the same thing about my comment. To the person reading this: I wonder, I wonder what the world is like now, what it looks like, what we have achieved and how people are treating each other. Hello Pranav, I'm a lost Hindu n e erythong else too I suppose. Ive been to a lot of Temples in India n was so blest to be chosen by a lovely mendicant Shivite priest. He poured out his valuable time to chant long Sanskrit sutras to me. I could only pick out certain words but the very sound is just so peaceful n compelling. Ive been like this since early childhood. Now for the surprise. I'm an old English great grandmother. When I can love to go up to London where there are 2 magnificent temples. The beautiful thing is I'm always made most welcome. It always seems Arati time too. Lovely music lovely culture. Best if all lovely welcomexc

During an internship in the Caribbean on a small island adrift in the vast expanse of endless sea I met a friend from Trinidad who showed me this song. I’ve spoken to her regularly since we left our island home, but as time moved on and lives became busier so too did we begin to drift apart. This song reminds me of those moments we shared together island hopping in the Caribbean. I don’t think she listens to this melody anymore, but when I put it on I feel linked to another time gone by and the history she shared with me.
