Very good analysis. As a white South African sitting here looking at Robben Island, I can only say "thank God apartheid is over". I was a child during apartheid, and only learned of most of the horrors afterwards. The comparison between Israel and apartheid South Africa ends when the religious fanatacism comes in, we never had that insanity (or mental illness).
