Sweet Potato Pie in Mug Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup sweet potato, cooked & mashed (83g)
1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar (or white sugar)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp vanilla

For crust:
3 tbsp crushed cookies (graham crackers, ginger snaps, or digestive biscuits)
1/2 tbsp melted butter

Whipped cream (optional)
