I had been to both Golden Temples- of Amritsar and of Sripuram, near Vellore, TN.
While Harmandir Sahib is historical, Sripuram temple is very artistic. Every Indian should visit both of them.

I've been here in 2017. We went there during the afternoon and by the time the arti started in the evening. I felt so elevated. The reflection of the water on the golden surface.It is like the heavens came down to the earth. One has to see with your own eyes to experience. Words cannot describe its beauty.
