The Nature Conservancy's global campaign to Plant a Billion Trees has made a big impact in the Appalachians. Here in West Virginia, the U.S.’s third most forested state, we are partnering with the U.S. Forest Service to restore a piece of rare habitat in West Virginia. We are planting red spruce trees to connect critical high-elevation spruce forests that the plants and animals of this region call home, easing the burden of climate change and ensuring their resilience for decades to come. The donation you make today can help us protect and expand forests throughout the state of West Virginia and the Appalachians.

Keep up with The Nature Conservancy's latest efforts to protect nature and preserve life:

It’s sad that West Virginia has been completely GUTTED by Conservative’s refusal to regulate industry.
