The child support court are wanting to increase the amount of support that I pay to 660% in which it will instantly put me and my family into financial hardship! I filed the dear colleague letter of 2023 with the paperwork the requested! What else can I do?

I'm in Jacksonville FL and I already signed up for the lawsuit they've robbed me with no gun and one of my child support cases my oldest son Mom didn't even live in the state of Florida she lives in Georgia and no one checked it out I just had to let the family court know this she's committed Fraud

So basically your trying to remove child support as a concept? The harsh penalties exist because people dont pay. This sure sounds like someone trying to harm all the people getting that money
