Did I Find Human Remains? Police Notified - Underwater Magnet Fishing Footage !!WARNING!!

I attached my GoPro to my magnet fishing rope to try and get some neat underwater footage of the magnet picking things off the bottom and maybe see things that I might just barely miss once I watch the footage later.

When I saw what is in this clip, it sent chills down my spine. I watched it again, several times with the footage slowed down a good bit, and it looks very much like I dragged my magnet right over a dead human's decomposing face.

Also I remembered something odd from a few weeks back, when I was magnet fishing at those same boat ramps. Someone had left a complete working wheelchair by the dock. It was in very good shape and I couldn't imagine why someone would just abandon it at a reservoir boat launch area in the middle of nowhere.

Maybe they didn't LEAVE it there after all, because they are still there!! At the bottom of the lake!! I'd be curious to know if anybody knows of any missing persons from around the Howard County area.

Please let me know what you think in the comments down below. What does it look like to you? Should I go back and try for better footage? Should I report it? I really would like to hear any thoughts/suggestions you guys might have.

Think I would've reported the chair with no one in it. Now after that footage, I would definitely call the cops. Why wouldn't you? What's making you hesitate?

That is a halloween mask because it has a nose no skull would have a nose
