Is this the Future of Concerts?

Covid-19 has put a stop to any parties, live music, nightlife, and while the virus rages on cultural events are put on hold indefinitely. But scientists in Leipzig, Germany are determined to restore fun and normalcy by staging a rock concert experiment to see how large indoor events can happen in a pandemic. Pro: No more sexual harassment in concerts, which is great.
Cons: No more social contact, and this is something we the human race strive for.

As annoying as it is to be so close to some one else at a concert, the same time it these small thing that make the party fire. The energy we share with every touch, the eye contact you have with someone, the smiles, the excitement, the adrenaline, the the All of that will be gone. It won't be the same if you ask me.

I don't know. Before COVID happened I wasn't keen on going outside anyway. I think I spent like 5 years inside, so I didn't really notice any change with the whole lockdown thing. So I can't really relate people missing concerts and social gatherings and such. But I'm just wondering... what do you miss when going to these gatherings? Is it the fact that you can show off your social status to others? Or is it just a way to meet new mating partners? What makes you miss social gatherings?
