Welcome it’s Raj from 3CB.
We have an update on Ukraine’s Artem Besedin who suffered a gruesome looking knee injury vs Sweden.
The Ukranian team doctor relayed that the the player has a partial tear of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), medial collateral ligament (MCL), and lateral collateral ligament (LCL) along with a non-displaced fracture of the femoral condyles (the rounded farther ends of the thigh bone that make up one part of the knee joint, along with the tibia).
The reported timeline is around six months for the player to return to training and overall it’s very good news because there are no full ruptures involved.
