Hello,
I went diving today with this camera using the default lens (the flat one) during a somewhat cloudy day and the footage was almost completely black where as my gopro hero 7 black had no issues. I even used two 1000 lumen flashlights on my rig and was only able to get a decent shot when i was almost touching my target. What settings should i use when diving with this camera as i want to use it mainly for diving?

Hola! Me llegó mi estuche de buceo junto con mi cámara, pero la tapa del estuche se abre sin accionar el boton. Que puedo hacer si estoy en México y para solicitar revisión del estuche?

when i press the power button it just turns on in whatever mode i set it to with the touch screen before putting it in the case. it doesnt switch modes. also, the screen goes to sleep after 25 seconds into a video making it impossible to frame anything well. using one rs with 4k boost lens
