Phillip Sear plays a 'Tonstück' from around 1868 by the German composer Carl Bohm.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bohm (1844-1920) was an eminent German composer of salon music, and a 'cash cow' for his publisher Simrock, who apparently used the profits on his pieces to finance publication of works by Brahms. As well as piano music he also wrote violin and chamber music.

I like very much his skilled use of the piano's registers, to create special effect, his beautiful melodies and of-course your beautiful realization of this piece

Quiet happiness is sometimes very comforting, especially when everyone else is enjoying a resounding success.
