In this video, I show how I cut a freehand seam in a curved, thermoformed piece of Corian.
Because my oven would not fit a longer piece of material. I had to make two sections and seam after they completely cooled. Cutting the seam with a miter saw proves to be difficult. A much easier way is to clamp to the buck and route through the middle to create a perfectly tight joint.
