DeWalt and Ryobi French Cleat Multi-Tool Holder

Our French cleat holders for our DeWalt and Ryobi oscillating tools are the best. Everything is in one place and the each multi-tool is easy to grasp. Since we didn't mount our tools sideways that means each tool is immediately usable when you grab it, and that makes wood shop life even more fun!

These are super-simple tool holders to build and they are small enough to fit anywhere. This allows you to save space while having your tools and all their attachments available for use at all times. And if you rearrange your shop you can move these tools, and all their attachments, very easily. What's not to like?

Happy New Year! Just as I was wondering what that empty holder on the left was — vroomp, lightsaber. 😅 I like how you marked and pre-drilled for all the little hangers — will have to remember that.

It would have been helpful to see, close up, the mechanism that actually holds the Dewalt in place. Where the blades mount to the tool, how is that adhering to the rectangular piece on the holder. Is that point all that holds the milti tool in place or is there another attachment point near the grip of yhe multi tool?

A person has both Ryobi and dewalt tools because when they were a beginner and didn’t know any better they bought ryobi because it seemed like it could do the job and was a lot cheaper than dewalt or Milwaukee tools. Then when that person becomes more experienced and knowledgeable about power tools they later by dewalt or Milwaukee. That’s why a person has both ryobi and dewalt power tools.
