UK unveils next generation fighter jet at Farnborough Airshow

Our own British companies and designers are more than capable of developing our own aircraft rather than relying on other countries' help. It's been a long time coming

This is the biggest heist in modern British history. Government to hand over £2bn for a feasibility study with no guarantee to produce an aircraft. MoD with no money currently selling equipment only a few years old which they bought from BAE to fund equipment they are currently buying from BAE.

Huge expense with little historical cost/benefit. And it takes years.... And when you finish is it better than buying someone elses plane.
