In this tutorial I'll show you how to import .MOV files in to Sony Vegas Pro. This is an easy fix to help you guys out. After this your .MOV and iPhone video's will work fine with Vegas Pro.

I can put the .mov into Sony Vegas Pro 14 now but it won't load the video. Audio plays normally but no video

Does not work for me. I am now using Vegas Pro 17. I uninstalled Quicktime and reinstalled it to work everything off my hard drive and still nothing is working. smh

doesn't help with iPhone 8 plus video format (and sony Vegas pro 13), they see only AUDIO when you import mov file in vegas 13. the same with 14
only starting from magix vegas pro 15 it opens any MOV iPhone video, without any quick time or anything else needed... pity because Vegas 13 support correctly GPU render on my laptop, and render very fast (vegas 15 ignores gpu and rendering is slowly)
