His stuff always has that heavy baseline. It’s the perfect backdrop for his gritty vocals. His bass player JD Cure has been with him since the beginning. And yes, Chris’ timing is impeccable. You could set a metronome to him.

listen to Chris' cover of "its a man's world' (james brown cover ) live and his own songs 'either way' - 'barely alive ' - - 'higher' - 'north dakota ' - 'death row' - 'sometimes I cry ' and his video 'fire away' (very important message on mental health) but there are so many many more (past and present).. he is a true artist! And he always has a story to tell .. the best storyteller ever!!
