April is such a weird character to be in this game. Her moves being based on her job as a reporter is just strange, and she never felt like a very appealing or interesting character in the universe besides being a friendly human friend towards the turtles who mostly acts as a damsel in distress. Idk I just think Casey or Shredder or even Master Splinter would've been much better and cooler picks with more interesting moveset possibilities. Maybe they needed more girl characters in the roster?

Don't get me wrong, I think she's a great character who's fun to play/watch, but she just feels out of place in the cast.
