Hold your arm out in front of you, straighten it, rotate your arm inwards, and bend your wrist back. Hold this position to create a stretch. This exercise stretches the forearm extensor muscles, and can help with tennis elbow pain and other repetitive strain injuries.

This stretch is even more effective if you lace the opposite hands’ fingers through the fingers of the arm being stretched. Do this: 1. extend both arms straight in front of you with thumbs down. 2. Cross the left arm over the right so the palms are together and thumbs still down. 3. Interlace your fingers. 4. Now pull your right wrist toward you and slightly up with your left hand.
