'Suspend All Business; Where is PM Modi?': Heated Exchange, Ruckus in Rajya Sabha Over Manipur

The first day of Parliament on Thursday saw ruckus by Opposition leaders and a heated exchange between Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Chairperson Jagdeep Dhankar. Kharge, along with TMC MP Derek O'Brien also demanded suspension of all other business and the presence of PM Narendra Modi in the House to discuss the violence in the north-eastern state.
