I noticed there's actually several ways you can stack up a Krabby Patty. At least in Season 1.

#1 (Plankton):
Bun, patty, cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, onions, and bun)

#2/#3 (Pickles):
Bun, patty, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, bun.
