It was even worse back when Will of the Ancients was still around. The Q would heal him twice, and the damage from his old E could undo the HP cost a couple times over. For those who haven't been playing that long, Vlad's Q didn't always have a supercharge to it like he does now, and he E shot out blood "knives" to every enemy in range. It was a spam ability that would stack twice, each stack increasing its damage, it's health cost, and his healing.

When you get anti-heal effects when playing a support like Soraka or Sona, you heal nothing, but when you get anti-heal effects when playing Mundo, WW or Vlad, you just loose 100 Hp out of the 1000 hp you heal

It has come to a point we're either your DPS crits them in time before they heal any mote health

Anti-heal only works with Warwick Briar and Mundo because they heal per second, Vladi and other champs that just press an ability to insta-heal (like Gangplank orange) are not affected by anti heal

Something that people dont get is that amtiheal doesn't make a champion hit for less, sure vlad will not heal as much, but he is still gonna oneshot you

anti heal needs to be seriously reconsidered. I think it should be kind of like silence. Actually powerful, but rare. So we don't have a bunch of "useless" items that would be broken if buffed.
