it took us a while to not say "England" when we mean "Great Britain" or UK, so Dutchies go easy with the "Holland is not the Netherlands"-blabla

Netherlands is correct but when you interchange Netherlands with Holland you insult the Dutch. Holland is a mere province. If your program was about the UK and you interchanged it as an equal to just Wales, how would the public feel? I thought that National Geographic knew better in terms of geography. Shame!
